How are sales tracked?
Sales are tracked using cookies that expire after 100days. So even if you refer a client to the
Scottish-Heirloom.com site and they don't purchase straight away, if they return within the time frame, you will still be credited with the affiliate commission!
Where can I view my stats and reports?
You can view your statistics and reports in
your affiliate area by login with your user name and password. You can see how much affiliate commission you have earned, how many impressions and clicks your affiliate banners have and more. You can also change your affiliate profile (name, password, address, etc.) in the affiliate area
Why didn't I receive credit for a referral??
It might be that the customer's browser did not handle the tracking cookies properly, they took too long to complete the transaction, or some technical glitch on our end. If you believe a referral of yours was not properly credited, please contact us with the pertinent details and we will look into fixing the problem and crediting your account as appropriate.
Can I make changes to my Billing/Contact information?
Yes, you can make changes by logging in at the
affiliates area. This will take you to your personal Account Administration page where you can update details as necessary.
How will I be able to monitor my sales from day to day?
Log in to your account administration page from the
affiliatwe area. Here you will find the current status of your account showing number of impressions, click-throughs and sales (pending and confirmed) from your site
How are orders processed?
We will process and ship all customer orders that come from your website. In order to receive commissions on their purchases, please make sure you have your affiliate links all have your affiliate ID Number.
What if someone deletes all the cookies on their machine? How can I get credit for them?
Unfortunately, if someone deletes their cookies (which very few people do anymore), we are unable to track the source that sent them to us, so we cannot pay commissions on such sales.
Can I order products for myself through my Affiliate link to you?
Yes. You may purchase products for personal use, for your friends and family directly through our online store at any time, and you are eligible for a 5% affiliate commission.
Can I collect the order from my customer?
No. Each customer's contact and billing information is critical to our ability to offer the best customer service for our customers.
